At my company, I often get calls regarding people who have their signatures
changed by Outlook. We have a rich text format and an HTML pic inserted into
our signatures, but they randomly get changed when sending or replying to
emails. Sometimes the company logo (html) gets moved ...

I use a 3 column  format for my ie6 and ie7 display.  Several times in the
past, the column widths changed for no apparent reason.  It usually returned
to normal in an hour or so with no action required.  I attributed the
problem to my.msn.com which I use as my home page.

Any software that can achieve this? I saved my files as mhtml and then
downgraded to ie6....

I tried setting the home page to "blank" but it keeps going to
runonce.msn.com.
Is there a way to stop it from going anywhere on startup?
