I have been given an older Toshiba Satellite Pro 410CS
laptop with windows 95 to use for work purposes. It
currently is loaded with Internet Explorer 4.0. I was

The Content Advisor keeps resetting itself to level 1 for
all filtering and unchecking the "allow sites without a
rating" box, essentially meaning that IE will not view

how do I reset my pc so that IE is my default browser. I
use netscape mail and when I click on a link i want the
default to be IE.
