After cleaning out some old files from my C: drive I
noticed that my favorites were no longer visible when I
clicked the favorites Icon. I tried to add a commonly
used web site to the emty folder & it came back it was

I am not able to browse the internet on my PC but
suprissingly i am able to login to chat session.
Note:this is user login base.

using W. XP and browser 5.5 I got a problem out of the
blue that when I try to open my hotmail I got a srror page
that page cannot be displayed. The same with log on
Scottrade. Does anyone have any solution for this? thanks

When i enter an ftp site in some of the pcs the folders
appear as folders so I can right click on them and down
load the same to my desktop but in some pcs they do not
appear as folders so each file in the folder has to be

I opened my explorer browser and I noticed a search
window that appeared on the left side of the browser. It
is not anyhting that I ever remember downloading. However,
I have tried to find the file so it can be removed from the

Got a problem that has been going on for a few days now and it is rather

I am receiving this error message every time I try to use
IE.  Can anyone tell me how to resolve it?

every time I try to open internet explorer I get the
following error: "iexplorer has caused an error in
KERNEL32.DLL. iexplorer will now close.  If you continue
to experience problems, try restarting your computer."

I didn't know where else to post this.
Whenever I try to download anything over about 10 MB, the
downloads just stop. The little animation of the paper
going to the other folder still goes, but the download

opens and fills the entire screen. This only happens the
first time we open ie each day. I've looked in the

I have been populating web links in Favorites pull-down
menu, within various folders that I have created.  I
recently noticed a "Link" folder when selecting "Organize"
in Favorite pull down menu.  I have been adding web pages
