Does anyone know if I can block all website and then allow

I occasionally get an error message that reads "Iexplore
has caused an error in EABH.DLL. Iexplore will now close."
EABH.DLL does not appear in the knowledge base under

but i cannot close them down which is very frustrating

I have not found a solution to my quirky problem with
Internet Explorer 5.5 running on WinME. IE works just fine

Recently, I believe after the latest security patch from
MS, I've lost the ability to send a page or link to an
email recipient from IE 5.5 to MS Outlook.  The error msg

I am using IE 5.2 version and when i use mail facility it
gives me junk charecters in place of "@" .Whats wrong??
when i use netscape i can see the entire email addresss
fine.But IE displays it all wrong .
