I upgraded my IE to version 6.0, and ever since, at least 4 or 5 times a day, my IE shuts down with an error of "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have a javascript function that includes self.print on several pages on my site. One client has reported that she gets the following error message when she clicks the print button to trigger the printing function:

I keep on getting page cannot be displayed. I deleted temp files and cookies, checked for duplicates of winsock.dll and wsock32.dll, did winsock registry fix for any spyware removal. Can it be a virus?
