I am using Javascript PopUp Calendar. Because our site

My home page URL is roadrunner.com, but when I restart my
computer it automatically defaults to a number
(69.50.191.51/hp/php) which is nowhere.  I can use any
URL and the same thing happens.  How do I fix this?

I know this is small stuff, but I can't figure it out.  
When I try to set a home page under tools, options, the
url line is greyed out.  How do I change this?

My regular Home Page defualt has been eliminated by
