We have to setup some test configurations for a customer.
For one of the configurations, they ask an installation of Windows XP with
IE 5.5.

I don't know if I have IE 5.5 or IE 6 because I not at that computer but the
dial up window opens by itself numerous times when you are not even using or
have open IE.  Such as last night I left the machine running and this morning
