I have a problem with only some of my machines! I have a HTML page with a form with Text input boxes on it. When submiting th e form to an ASP page, and then clicking the back button, the data is lost from the form.

I was able to kill this worm that got into my machine. Yes I know I messed up on the Net but here's my issue. I no longer have automatic search. Everything else in Search in IE is fine except that. When I type in the address bar dir.h this is returned http:///%20dir.h instead ...

When changing views in History the days and week views dissapear when viewing by date and just show a blank history. The only view that shows up anything is the by most visited.

When I try to locate products using MSDN OFFline Index search on the Index CD-ROM (or by copying the CD content to disk) the search never ends and IE 6 sits there using about 70% CPU on Windows XP SP2. What do I have to do in order to make the MSDN Offline Index work?

Howdy, I'm running IE5.5 with Windows 98 and I can't seem to keep my status bar turned on. I keep clicking on it in VIEW > STATUS BAR, but each time I open a new browser window, it is unchecked. Do I need to hack the registry or is there a simpler method to correct this?

I have trouble with certian pages not being able to display. is there something that I could do to see them. It is the US mint buy page. I could get to the home page but nothing else will work.

By accident the ie5.5 icon was deleted from the desk top, now it says it can't find the server. I use other browsers so I know there is a connection. I can't use restore as I would loose boo koo software. Any ideas?

We have a secure order page we are deploying, the SSL lock icon blinks in and then disapears when the page loads. You can double click where the icon should display and look at the certificate information and the page is secure using the https:.
