Hello I have a problem with my PC sound card can anyone help me?

My web browser IE 6.0 with latest updates is encountering an issue when I
sign on. The defult web site resets to www.hotfares.com. I have reset the URL
and deleted cookies with the same result. I have all latest patches,  
antivrus patches etc.

When i go to open IE it will not start without multiple attempts. and when i
go to shut down it takes a long time to because it says i have them open and
i have to end about 10 processes that isnt really going on.
Im Running XP pro.

I have been continually find this error message popping up when I attempt to
launch my browser lately. Restoring the system and updating my software has
not solved the problem.

       ON my machine i have installed project 2003 eval version. Now if I
login with different profile, whenever I open Internet Explore it searches
file of project 2003. Though after cancellation of 4-5 times IE starts
working But can we avoid this?

I am having problems displaying a web page I created in VS2005 B2. Having
read some notes it suggests changing the LAN setting in IE to "Bypass the
proxy server for local addresses". However this does not fix my problem. Does
anyone know what else I should be checking.

This file is preventing IE from opening on one of our computers.  This
is a NetZero file that is running in memory at start up.  If I end the
process in task manager, IE loads fine.  Is there a work around out
there that will allow this teacher to continue to use NetZero as her
