Is there a way of making the "." (period) on the Num Pad behave (and print)
like a "," (comma) in web applications (or Internet Explorer in general)
just like we can do so in other applications like MS-Office (French

I run windows 98. I have IE 5.5 as my browser. My homepage will not change no
matter how I try. It will not change from this:

I don't know what to do about it....

I'm trying to get an older laptop updated and set up to use a wireless
internet connection.  The laptop is running Windows 98 SE.  To install the
wireless software I need IE 5.5 or higher.  I currently have IE 5.  I don't
have internet access from the laptop yet.  I downloaded IE ...

My IE ver. 5.5 is corrupt.  I use Win '98.  When AOL was our service provider
IE ver 5.5 worked fine.  Then we switched to Road Runner High Speed Inernet.
Ever since, IE has not worked properly.  It won't download files at all.  
Call it laziness or ? but I just never bothered ...

My ie 6 using does not change colours of visited links within the same page.
It changes colour for all other links. Any ideas?

Is there a way to display a chm file inside a frameset? I would think you
could as it is just html files inside it. But I tried and it didn't work...
