In general, my XP machcine with 128 bit cipher is having problems logging into some web sites. The log in page will come up but the page after the login page would not come up. A lot of the other web sites are fine.

I have a question about my ie6 browser. I cannot change my homepage. I have tried to set it to foxnews.com from within the browser and also in the registry keys. It always sets back to it's default which is msn.com. I have always been able to do this in previous versions.

We have recently got Microsoft Office XP on our computer, but before we were using Microsoft works. I use Word as my main word processor but when I download attachments (ie in hotmail) it opens ion Works rather than in Word.

Win98, IE6.0SP1 with all latest updates. When I go to Office Update and check for updates, there's apparently supposed to be an Info Bar that allows me to choose whether or not to install ActiveX components. I don't get a bar, what should I do?

I am having trouble with IE6 on my windows 2000 workstation. When I try to load an web page (http) IE just shows a white screen unless I press escape. However, ftp sites and directories seem to work fine. Does anyone have any ideas on what this can be and how to get around it?
