I have an asp web application. All the pages in the app have a meta tag specifying the encoding as UTF-8. When I go to the top menu -> View ->Encoding, I find that autoselect is and Western European (Windows) are selected by default.

I've noticed I've started getting a strange outline around images that are moving / flash. It's like a thin grey line that runs round the outside of the box when I run my cursor over it. Any ideas?
