Please let me know where I can download IE 5.5. I am running IE 5.0
and want to upgrade. I do not like the way IE 6.0 handles Windows
Explorer so I am not using it.

When I scroll down or up on a webpage, my scrolling movement is jerky and
slow and seems to move in sections.  This problem just started a few days

auto check and i minimized it.  when i went to open it again the window

I have an HTML page for a weather station so that I can see the current
weather conditions.  It is on a dedicated computer (an older laptop running
Windows 98) so it is always active.  The page automatically refreshes every
60 seconds.
