My brother can't view asf files he gets this message
c:/ this program is needed for opening /files of the type.windowsmedia audio/video
Any idea how I can help him?

New Version of IrFanView 385 - I don't use much anymore . I downloaded and installed the All-Plugins file. But *.swf and *.mov
files will still not work. Not sure if I need additional plugins but this version was just released.
