Outlook express seems to encode and include images that are actually linked from the internet. For example i have the line:
<BODY background="http://www.domain.com/images/email_header.jpg" bgcolor="ffffff">
in a stationery. in Outlook it does not encode and include the actual image ...

Is it possible to create an applet without streaming it from a web site?  I thought I had accomplished this by putting the lake.class, code, graphics, etc. in my stationery folder and my applet turned out perfect.  I was real happy with the results.  But when I sent it to ...
