eml files have somehow lost their assocation to be opened by OE, how do I set this back up correctly?

In using the Stationery Wizard to create new stationery, a friend of mine
cannot see the picture after she chooses it. We thought it might be because
some of the pictures had two word names, but even those with one word names

Afetr uninstalling I.E. 7 (and reinstalling XP SP2) I can no longer change
these setting from the O.E. toolbar using format/font
I get the following error from I.E. 6:

I create stationery for OE & noticed last night that the ticker at the
bottom won't show. Could anyone please tell me if there is a setting,
something I can change in the script or "get used to it", not gonna have it
anymore? Or is this even the right place to post??
