I am working on proxy servers so did Outlook express 6 to configure my proxy
server
by changing  
tools->mail->properties->server :

I have a new computer and wish to move my messages and folders from OE in my
old one to OE in my new one. How do I do this? I've managed to shift my
bookmarks, addresses etc but am stuck on this!

Apparently my stationery is showing up as SPAM and being deleted or going
directly to Deleted Items. Is there anything that I can do at my end to
rectify it?

I have OE 6 and Win Xp service pack 2.  I understand one can embed sound files into the OE mail by going to "New Message", then, "Format" then "Background" and then "Sound",  I understand that OE does not recognize mp3 and some other fomats, and therefore I cannot send them in ...
