I have downloaded stationery where the image is suppose to  appear on the
left border of the page.   When I create a letter with this stationery the
image appears on both the left and right borders.  Why is this happening and

Normally when you respond to a email or news it puts the response at the top of the message. My Outlook puts a response on the bottom. How can I make it go back to the top?
