Hello everyone. Do you know how to get bullets in Outlook Express? I'm
talking about those little black dots that people frequently use in place of

If you click on the clock it takes you to the site to download the code.........Put in the Source of your Rich Text html new OE Message.....It will read like this..

apparently not part of the package.  Is there a way to install the latest
