I have a problem in using REGEDIT.
When I click start/run and type REGEDIT to execute it.
The program popup for 1 second and then close!
Does my computer having any problem or I mis-use the REGEDIT program?

My pc keep shutting down itself. Fan not working at times. Change the fan
once already. Changed power supply. But still having the same problems.
Any ideas what's wrong?

I use OE as my newsreader and outlook for my email
When I get a new computer, Outlook has a file outlook.pst that I just copy
over to a new system and my email folders and their data are all there.
Does OE have a feature like this for the newsgroups where all my list of all

I have exported my address book but how do I export my messages. I'm
changing computers and would like to keep my messages.

I get an Internet Explorer Script Error when I send
messages out and my messages are blocked from some sites.

I am having trouble importing my Outlook Express 6.0
emails from my old PC to my new PC (which also has OE 6.0).
My old PC had Windows ME and my new PC has Windows XP
(home version)

I get a lot of homework assignments from my students in
Outlook Express.  When I do File > Save As, the default
location is always C:.
I would like to change that to a folder 3 levels deep on

Hyperlinks in my inbox refuse to open. Have recently changed keyboard and
mouse to cordless Logitech which seems to work perfectly so don,t know
whether it is this or settings in Outlook Express which is the problem.

for some reason my outlook express 5.5 is not reading my

For no apparent reason I have started getting an error message pop up when
running OE6:
"svchost.exe has generated an error and will be closed by Windows. An error
log has been generated". Does any one know what this means, and more

Can not receive or send attachment to e-mail. keep getting
the following message. OE removed access to the following
unsage attachments.

When I hit "reply" to answer mail why does the incoming mail disappear? It
does not happen when I send "new" mail.
