whether I'm responding to or forwarding a message. It does NOT show when I first type the message. Only after it is sent (and in my sent items) do I see the subject line, or part of it, in the body.

I'm using OE5 with the IE5.01 browser on an old Windows 95 box.. My problem is the upper case punctuation (#@!&< for example) for some reason comes across as code(?) on all the emails I send.. for example @ is +AEA and < is +AD4
