I had created a profile in Outlook Express for temporary
use so that I could get a certain piece of mail.  The
account was a POP account so it downloaded a whole bunch
of mail.  

Lat this morning I suddenly began getting the
message "Outlook Express could not be started because
MSOE.DLL could not be loaded." I cannot open Outlook
Express. The only other things I had done this morning

Lately my OE has started opening like this: The screen comes up asking for
the password, but only for a split second, whereupon the main screen for my
identity shows up (displaying my inbox and usable without having entered the
password yet), and then I have to minimize that to get ...

I just installed Windows XP... I use Outlook express as
my mail client. I have word 97 installed. Ever since I
installed Windows XP I keek getting the error
meease "Spell checking halted... Send Anyway??? while

I have to questions to Outlook Express:
1. How can I see attached files, when OE removes these
files because they might contain virus?
2. We have an e-mail address which we would like check on

My OE clock is wrong. The time OE says the messages arrive isn't right. I
have OE 5 for Macintosh. Can anyone tell me  how to fix it?

Where can I find Internet explorer 5.0 download I have 4.0 and would like to update my brower. I have look everywhere I know and can not find it. I think it is Internet Explorer 5.0 service pack 1

A very, very small thing, but annoying.
It used to be that when I went to reply to a msg., or forward a message,
(clicked reply or forward) the screen would come up, and the cursor would be
in the proper position to begin to type.

I can receive mail but I can only send it intermittently.  Get the following
message even though I can Telenet into Port 110 and have disabled virus
protection and I am not using a firewall.  I was not having any problem
sending mail yeserday during the day and then got error ...

From reading the various answers I received (thanks to all of you)I recall
having received en email "from Microsoft" containing a "security
patc"...Afraid I wasn't aware of the danger and...there we are again : iI
retried to compact my new Inbox files and : same problem, everything

Some how outlook ex is trying to open up picture attachments as eml files instead of jpg's. This causes outlook to go into a loop of continuously trying to open up the file and i have to reboot.  How can i correct this?
