My e-mail dial-up was working fine.  I powered down my
computer and moved it across the room and rebooted.  Upon
attempting e-mail access, I received the following error
message:

I have found that Outlook Express doesnt block to a appointed email
address.If you enter your email address TO  or To and CC you dont want to be

Still major delay (2-22hr) and missing in action incoming emails between my
Hotmail account and other non-Hotmail account.

Everytime I start my computer I cant read any of my

Have a few message rules set up, they work quite well except for message rule No 1 which tells OE that 'if the from line does not contain (all my addresses in my address book) delete it'.  About 2% slip through this rule, why would that be?
