How can I force Outlook Express to use Photo Editor for .jpg images instead
of using Internet Explorer?  I've checked file associations in Folder
Options and can't see where .jpg is associated with IE.

My laptop running Windows ME and OEv5 has died fortunately I have managed to
burn the folder containing my emails.
I have purchased a new laptop running XP Home and OE v6, how do I get the
emails from the CD into OE on my new laptop.

I used to have IE 5.5 (never could download IE 6 - I use Win ME!) along with
OE 6.  I've no idea how I got OE 6, it was long ago.  Foolishly, I
un-installed OE 6.

START INTERNET EXPLORER AND AUTODAIL UP START'S STRIAGHT AWAY AS IT WAS WITH
OUTLOOK EXPRESS TILL LAST WEEK
NOW WHEN I START OUTLOOK EXPRESS IT OPENS AND WAITS 45 SEC'S TO AUTODIAL
RUNNING OUTLOOK 5.0

When I try to send a reply in this forum, I get a "Could
not perform this operation because the default mail client
is not properly installed". I already checked under tools,
options, programs...and E-Mail IS set to Outlook Express.
