I'm having a problem with one of the e-mail accounts in outlook express, the
thing is that the user send's a mail and this mail is being sended many  
times to the receiver, 5 times every half hour so how can i stop this and
send only one time every mail.

All of a sudden, when I receive my e-mail in Outlook Express, the messge body
is blank...only header info appears.  When I try to create a new message, I
can enter the To: From: & Subject Info but when I try to tab to the message
body, I can't.

Every time I open Outlook Express it pings on the first email in my inbox
then freezes up and I have to control-alt it to shut it down.  Why is this
happening to me?  How can I get rid of that bad message or reboot OE?  I've
tried to uninstall Explorer and OE and reinstall ...
