When I receive mail with a hyperlink in it, clicking on the link does
nothing.  I can right-click on it and copy the link, then paste into a
browser, so the links are valid.  But how can I put this back to normal?  It

My wife is using the above programs and recently a problem occurred with
e-mail (she says).  She can no longer receive pics (possibly sent as
attachments) included in the body of the email.  They must all be separately
opened.

I set up two identities in OE on my in-laws' computer. I did not apply any
password to either of the identities, but it seems they have accidentally
applied one...I think they were testing and did not write down the password
they tested with! Anyway, it seems they only had ...

I send an email to a colleague through OLE 6 (Win98).
He gets it and reply (through OL). No error message or anything appears on
his screen, meaning that he has sent successfully, but I don't get his
reply.

Within the Inbox, I have about 4 levels of folders.  I can go thru and
collapse  each level 3 sub folder by clicking the " - " sign until I end up
with only level 3 folders showing.  Then I can do the same for all the 2nd
level sub folders, and end up with Inbox and all 2nd level ...

Is it possible to embed pictures in a a letter?
I want to imbed in a certain order then add text under each picture.

I just installed a DSL modem and router for a customer that previously used
a dial up connection.  There are two computers in the office. One of the
systems prompts to connect via dial-up networking when you try to
send/receive email with Outlook Express. Browsing with Internet ...

Hi ... I am using OE6 and for some reason I have lost the paperclip that is
normally in the upper right hand side of the preview window where when
opened it shows the attachments and gives you the option to save the
attachments.  How can this be fixed?  Thanks for your assistance.

Everytime I close OE, It says how it can save me disk space by compacting my
files. I have plenty of disk and I don't want my files compacted. If I
select cancel, it igonres the "don't show me this again" checkbox and shows
the message the next time I open OE. If I click on OK, ...

I have a workstation that is also running Virtual PC.
In the "main" workstation OS (Wxp Sp2 w/Office XP) my Outlook's NEWS Button
suddenly stopped working (it opens an explorer window instead of OE). I had
no idea why.

Can someone advise me how to move the setup and data to other computer
including newsgroups.

it happend exactely this way .. i want to switch to another identity at
Outlook Express , i do it and before the OE switch - it beginn to
compact folders , at this moment i lost power and the copmputer turm
off. when i start it again and start Outlook Express i do not have

Dear Sir,
Why is myOE can't re-open the saving as file through Explorer? The message
say that OE couldnot be started. The file also can't deleted or renamed.

Recently all emails I receive in outlook express 6 show the paperclip to
the left of the message in the inbox, every last one of them. Of course,
most of those emails don't have an attachment. But the paperclip shows
anyways.

how can print all i selected e-mail in outlook exprees 6? when i try to
print all i selected e-mail, just printing first selected e-mail.
