How can I change the font type and size in the Headers Preview Pane?

Basically I am trying to use one inbox, sent items, etc between two
computers.
It's the same person at two different computers.  same isp, email settings
etc.  same everything.

 the signature is sometimes the same as the stationery (Navy) and

removed):

I send one email to myself and BCC a "group" of addresses.
If one of the addresses in the group is rejected... nobody gets the email.
Is this just fact?
