Using Outlook Express 6 under XP Pro what is happening is that when an
incoming email contains a link to a web page, when double clicking that link
I am taken to the My Documents folder on my pc.

The progress bar is usually fairly short and located to the left of "Working
Online" (which disappears) on the bar at the bottom of the OE window. Once
in a while I have seen the progress become large and take over the entire
bar. This is no problem. I just wondered why it does.
