Is there a message rule that will stop the same piece of spam (Rolex watch
knockoffs) which has different from lines and different subjects (which seem to
be random words)in each sending?
As a side point, all these messages have a paragraph of gibberish in them.

Whenever I delete a news message, I am always prompted with "Are you sure
you want to delete that message?". Is there a setting that will prevent this
prompt? I delete hundreds of news messages daily, and this is becoming a
real pain. I can't recall if I get the same prompt when ...

When I print an email in the top of the email are printed the email
addresses:

Emails for both myself and my wife (both with different addresses and tld)
are forwarded to the same email provider and reside in the same email
account until we, via OE and via different PC's, collect these emails.
I have setup a rule on my pc so that I do not download emails ...

Is there anyway to password protect my account?

I have a customer whos half the building is on Mac's and half is on Windows
platforms.
He's using Outlook Express on the Windows machines.
He's using Entourage on the Mac machines.

In all aps the default view is "detail" . In OE when I want to attach a file
the viewer always open with the "list" view. I would like that by default it
opens with the "detail" view, AND also that the "date modified" be the
second column, since I always peruse the viewer by date ...

After I upgraded the virus program (McAfee), each time when I start the
windows 2000, the pop3 server address for all the email accounts in outlook
express will change to 127.0.0.1. Does anybody know a fix on that?

My ISP is AOL.  I added an imap.aol.com account to Outlook Express 6.0, and
have been reading my incoming emails by clicking on the inbox folder that
appears under imap.aol.com.   Unbeknownst to me, the incoming emails were
not saved on the AOL server.  As a result, I lost about ...

I made several rules to sort my incoming mail.
Recently I started getting lots of spam (sex, drugs, diplomas, watches).
In order to eliminate this I put in several new rules, looking for certain
senders and certain words in the heading.

i have a question is there a way to have your Notify on your outlook express
turned on all the time with out loggin onto it ?

Sorry, but I don't find information on how to import an address book not
into my address book but into a certain group instead?
