I didn't see any rules of a FAQ for posting, so please direct me to them if i'm in error... I'm trying to find out if there is a way to arrange archived mail without it defaulting to all my mail. For example:

If I go to Tools>Options>Read>Fonts, there are Proportional and Fixed Width Fonts. There are over 30 choices for the Proportional font but only 3 for the Fixed Width Font. Can I add more fonts to the latter? Advice appreciated.

I have OE on my XP pro machine. I have the latest norton antivirus definitions and completed a full scan without anything found. I am receiving massive emails saying "undeliverable" and then at the same time my machine is sending out messages. I see them in my sent folder. Any ...

XP SP2 Pro OE6 IE6 All of a sudden I have a "new Identity" along with my created identities. I cannot delete, remove it nothing works to get rid of it. . Have no idea where it came from. Have tried deleting it, accounts etc still shows up.

One of our Senior Group would like to create a signature in Outlook Express and I can't find the way to advise her as to do what she would like to do. She had the default Font in OE set to Arial 10, but she wants to create a signature in Script MT Bold, size 14 and have that in OE ...

Toshiba laptop running XP pro connected to ADSL with inbuilt network card. Good connection with no problems browsing any sites. Good connection to mail server with Outlook Express & is setup to go directly to inbox on opening & also send/receive.

I'm running Win98 with latest updates. I use OE 6.0. I want to backup my old emails stored in various folders so and can remove them from my hard drive thereby freeing up HD space. Is this possible, and how do I do it if it is?

As I still cannot issue a reply to posts, I have to answer by a new post. Here are the answers to Bruce Hagen and PA Bear. I compacted the folders according to the procedure set forth ("Offline", top folder...). It took a few minutes and completed aparently without problem.
