Whenever I click on a link in one of my emails now, the page won't load. The page will pop up but it won't load or do anything, its never done this before what could be wrong. I can't click on any links now from my emails ret2go

I'm trying to fix an outlook express install for a friend. When outlook is started you are confronted with an error message that reads "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOERES.DLL could not be found. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly."
