I understand that messages deleted from the "Deleted messages" are merely flagged as "really deleted" until the messages are compacted. How can I retrieve some messages deleted from the "Deleted messages" in error?

I deleted addresses in the Outlook Express Address Book, that I did not enter. Were the names put in by a hacker, spyware, etc ?

Hi, I'm new to the group and in dire need of help. I turned on my Dell computer, running Windows ME, and noticed all the shortcuts on my taskbar had disappeared. Strange. Then I fired up OE and saw that my address book was empty and all my emails

The menu bar (I think that is what it is called) that has access to File - Edit - View - tools - help has disappeared from my OE window. How do I get this bar back? Any help appreciated. Thanks Phil

When I open a folder of .jpgs, highlight a few, and then right click to "send to" "mail recipient" I get a box opening to allow me to either "Make all my pictures smaller" or to "Keep the original sizes". If I choose to make them smaller, Outlook Express opens and I can send

I don't have the slightest idea of how to open the subject files (images). All I get is a meaningless sequence of letters and symbols. I am sure some settings have to be changed, somewhere. Can anybody help ? Thanks in advance.
