Is there anyway to categorize my address book

I just changed my Store Folder to where it is supposed to be.
I am working with newsgroups, and when I select a newsgroup to view, it says
an unknown error has occurred.  in details it says:

I just installed Office 2003 Professional, including Outlook.
Now, when I open Outlook Express, it populates my desktop screen with a
bunch of dbx files.  I delete them (15-20 or so) and when I open OE again,
they're back.

Continuing trying to understand a failed compaction, and now knowing that
blue files are compressed ones, and that compaction creates new folders to

I have configured Hotmail on the Outlook express.  All the messages are
