Does anyone know how to keep OE from looking through every email message

Hello, all.
When I edit a message using the Delete key there is a 2 second delay between
hitting the key and the deletion of a character. This is something that has
happened only recently and does not occur with any other key in Outlook

What does this mean exactly?

Hello, I have been trying to configure OE for MS newsgroups on a new computer
but unable to connect to the MS news server. I have done this many times
successfully but cant figure out what my problem is. The address I'm using is
msnews.microsoft.com.

Using XP Pro w/sp2 - IE6.  When I print a received message the headings,
From, To, Sent, & Subject, all print in "regular" size font, but the body of
the message increases in size to double or triple the headings font size.  I
have tried adjusting this by going to Tools, options, ...

Each email I download in OE creates a file that is incrementally named
similar to:

We have been experiencing some trouble with Outlook Express (6.0) and
Internet Explorer (6.0). OE hardly ever connects, and IE usually connects
but has had some trouble lately. Should I be looking to reinstall both of
these programs?

Just bought new machine . . . both old and new machine are XP PRO ... Outlook
Express on old machine is not using WAB address book but the "other" address
