I changed from 'Dial-up' to 'High-Speed-Internet' due to a problem
loading certain web-pages that have a lot of pictures.
Now, there are 'two' different mail-boxes in my Outlook Express,
one for 'Dial-up' and other for 'High Speed.'

Since I am still a learner (self taught), I would appreciate detailed
instructions of when,  how, where and what, changes I should make in my
Outlook Express on changing my ISP. Thank you.

A friend who uses Outlook Express 'lost' the task bar at the top, to
the left side, where she does not want it.    I tried going through
View/Layout etc. as suggested in Help,  but it does not return.
I thought there was a way to click on an unused portion of the bar and

Today, I get a strange message popping up in the middle of screen
when I was reading some of threads here, on this board.
It happened several times during the day.  Never happened before tho'.
Saying, ... Server Terminated

On my computer, Outlook Express 6 doesn't appear to be registered with
Windows XP. That prevents me from sending a document from WordPerfect 11 to
Outlook Express. I have to save the document and send the saved document as
an attachment to an e-mail.

Can an AOL user also have Outlook Express installed, or it has to have

When I try to attach a file in OE, the dialog box appears, but the files listed are not in
alphabetical order. They used to be until a few weeks ago, but aren't any longer. I'm not sure what

Microsoft Outlook Express will not permit text selection via drag-over.  Do
you understand?  If someone needs to copy-and-paste text, it means that you
hold the mouse button down and drag to select text.  My mouse will perform
