Blocked senders list18 Mar 2006 19:19 GMT1
I receive multiple spam from the same source but the only thing different is
their names. For eg arnoldq@verizon.net and arnoldr@verizon.net  I've tried
in my blocked senders list to block all incoming mail with the doman
'verizon.net' but it doesn't work.  Am I doing something ...
synchronize again18 Mar 2006 17:18 GMT3
Sorry, but I've messed up something on my original question about what
exactly synchronize means, it's not showing up anymore.  Someone responded
and I wanted to write again to say "WHAT?" since it was over my head.
Please somebody explain in elementary terms what synchronize ...
Some of the fonts change when I click send18 Mar 2006 03:58 GMT3
When I compose an email in OE6 the font looks just find.  After
I send the message and view it in Sent, a few words, it varies from
1 and 6 words, appear in a much larger font than the one used to
compose the message.  Here's an example:
Deleting message without opening it.18 Mar 2006 03:49 GMT13
Hello, All!
I frequently see new messages in my Inbox that I can tell are
Spam even if the senders and subjects vary. I can't think up a
rule to deal with these things but is it possible to delete them
White List Rule18 Mar 2006 03:24 GMT6
Is there a limit to how many lines one can add to the Rules for email?
Specifically, I have a "White List" rule to which I keep adding sender
names - rather than adding additional rules.  Will this process eventually
hit some limit, or cause OE instability or something?
synchronize18 Mar 2006 01:56 GMT2

Data\Microsoft\Address Book\ and the other at e:\My Documents\Application
Data\Microsoft\Address Book.
rules17 Mar 2006 23:29 GMT10
If OE rules have failed to help you stop phishing attacks or to accomplish
other worthy goals that Microsoft has relegated to Outlook alas do not be
discouraged. Its not yet time to throw in the towel and head for a Linux
solution or get stuck spending yet another $39.95 on one ...

Like many people I receive more spam than I wish.
Specifically currently seem to be getting many in the Spanish or similar
language.
Would anyone know if its possible via Rules to send any messages received
Stop OE6 from openng next message after deleting17 Mar 2006 20:40 GMT3
Is there a way to stop Outlook Express from opening next message when you
delete an email you are viewing? I know in Outlook there is an option to
return to the inbox, but I see no such option on OE.
Need to add many contacts to a new group.17 Mar 2006 19:08 GMT5
This guy has WAB with a Main Identity and about 7 groups.
Rather than adding a new contact to a group (which also adds it to the Main
Identity) he added a bunch of contacts to the main identity only.
I do emailers for him and just carbon copy all the groups.

OE File Tree17 Mar 2006 04:12 GMT6
Am I correct?
POP3 mail accounts place mail in the Inbox of  OE's Local Folder and HTML
based mail will be placed in the inbox of a folder created by OE for that
account?
How to change fonts in OE?17 Mar 2006 01:53 GMT6
I, at one point, had managed to fiddle with the fonts in Windows(XP)/IE/OE
to display UNREAD messages with bold and READ messages with normal
attributes. I recently had to reinstall Windows (XP Home), and would like to
set the fonts to displau (in OE) in the same way, but this ...
