I exported my email messages from "Earthlink TotalAccess" into a csv, file
(my only choice from earthlink). I can't seem to find a way to import this

Is there a way to change the presentation of the names in a group (change
from first, last to last, first) all at one time?  I know how to do it in the
address book itself but the group members themselves are being presented
first, last.

Is there a way to automaticaly append a fixed email address to the Cc field,
so that all mail sent will end up to this fixed addess as well??

My ISP is 'tiscali'. My operating system is 'XP Home'.
Recently I have been experiencing problems with 'Outlook Express' (6). When
I logon to tiscali 'webmail' I am unable to piclup email in the 'webmail'
'Inbox'. I get a messages saying 'No New Mail', but there is mail.

It appears that an email slipped by my six message rules and didn't go to
the delete folder.  What's the best way to de-mystify this?
