Can someone give me a good start point for outlookexpress addin
development ?

I have a new Win XP PC and am having 2 intermittent problems with Ouitlook
Express 6.  They seem to be related.
1.)  When I try to create a new Inbox sub-folder, sometimes nothing seems to
happen,  I don't get the pop-up to define the folder or it's placement.

i've heard that i can create a template in oe by starting an e-mail message
and then saving it to the filesystem as an .eml file using "save as". when i
open it i'm supposed to be able to edit it. when i try this i am unable to
edit the message. i've tried this on a number of ...

i've got several users who have lost the ability to edit and send saved .eml
files. Previous to running windows update last week, these users would Save
As some of their messages, then double-click them at a later date (opening

When I am reading my mail and I see a site I want to go to and I click on it
but nothing happens. I can click on sites in internet exployer and it goes to
them right away. Do I have to download OE again and if so where do I go to do

addresses (and CC'd myself).  I didn't see the error number, as the message

I configured OE6 to download my yahoo email as POP3.  And I set it up to
leave messages for 45 days.  I am receiving duplicate emails, but not all
emails.  I disabled the email virus scan and deleted the pop3uidl.dbx file
