I am using OE6 with WinXP.  I downloaded OE Tool and OEQB.  OE Tool works,
but I can't figure out how to load it as an add-in or otherwise load on OE
start; I have to manually launch it, then start OE.  I tried to launch the
OEQB SetUp, but it stopped saying some of my system ...

I have adelphia internet service. I have my adelphia email setup in OE.
While away from home I use Earthlink dial-up. When sending receiving mail
using the dial-up, I can receive my adelphia mail but can't send anything.

Since installing IE7 Beta 2, I can't click on any website link in OE email
to open the link in the browser. Clicking on a link doesn't do anything.
Beside uninstalling IE7, is there any fix to it?

I am using OE6, just re-installed my Windows and completed all neccessary
updates.
Problem I am facing now is, the spell check languages for my OE6 is Spanish
and French, and these are the only options I have.

When I find a question in the newsgroup that might be of interest to me, I
mark it with "Flag conversation" to keep it on the top.
But after some days these messages disappear. Why ?
Is there no way to keep some of the messages, with their answers ?

One simple question:
Can Outlook Express be set-up to show the day of the week on all messages as
well as date and time ?

I am a big time NG user. In as such I know most NG's only allow text based
post, so in accordance I have OE set to Plain Text for NG postings.
What bothers me is that fact that the limit for automatically wrapping text
is a 132 characters. Why have a limit at all? From the viewers
