I have just upgraded my system to Win XP Pro and I re-installed MS Office 97
which works OK under XP , but everytime I go to post a Ng message I keep

I run WinXP Home edition, whatever the latest version is.  OE Version 6.
Norton Internet Security 2005 which includes Norton AntiVirus version
11.0.16.2 and Norton Internet Security version 8.0.5.14.
When I run Norton update, I can update two items:

After my computer auto updated patch KB 911567 I noticed my address book was
empty.
I used the system restore and got everything back, till it auto updated
again.

Is there a standard way for me to share OE6 with my desktop and laptop?

I subscribed to a newsgroup on my ISP newsreader (and OE6) that had a
million unread messages. So I clicked  "reset" then clicked  "get new
headers" under Tools -- I only got two messages. I reset again and now I
can't get any messages for that newsgroup -- it says "0 messages DLed, ...

I'm trying to understand if these two would eventually overlap using the OE
NNTP reader to read newsgroups.  I'm not sure what the difference is.
