Every time i close OE it asks me if i wish to compress
the messages. I do not. Moreover, i wish not to be
asked either but i can't find any setting to make it
shut up.

Some email I get with attachments do not open but instead give a message box
to Click for Active X.  I do but the message continues that Active X failed to
initiate and the attachment doesn't open.
Is there something I need to correct this?

I have XP Pro SP2 with OE 6.0 and IE 6.0. This morning,

I'm not complaining but I was wondering why I don't see any advertising with
my Gmail. I have all my Gmail forwarded to my ISP account and see it in
Outlook Express. There is no advertising either on the forwarded mail or the
