There's an anomaly in my Address Book that I presume is explainable by those
more knowledgeable than I.  When I open OE and click on Tools/AddressBook it
opens up just what you'd expect to see.
But I also have on my desktop an icon I can click to open the address book

I am setting out some instructions and would like to include pictures of
buttons and single toolbars in my leaflet.  How do I do this please?  I can
print screen entire pages but I want individual buttons and toolbars.

I use to could insert a picture into a reply. Now I can only insert a picture
