I cannot get the newsgroup list to populate, so I cannot access any more newsgroups than I already have. Is there some help for this? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

have switched to broadband and wireless router, internet explorer is fine, can receive emails in outlook express but cannot send. all the accounts are as before but connection is now by LAN. if i can receive emails why can i not send any? can anyone help?

I am running OE6 on XP SP2. I have tried to turn this feature off in Tools\Windows Messanger\Options\Preferences and un-check "Run Windows Messenger When Windows Starts". I try re-booting and Widows Messanger automatically runs.What am I doing

my mother.. (yes it's mothersday and I promised to help again..) is very worried she misses emails. When sending&receiving, she reads that she is receiving 12 new emails. After this receiving job, she only sees 3 new mails in her inbox.

For whatever reason OE only downloads certain newsgroups, I have used Forte Agent to see the groups that OE wont download so I still don't know what is wrong - as far as I know I have not changed any settings ?? In OE the groups that are not BOLD ( I.e. now receiving postings ) ...
