How do I do this?

I have Windows XP and I accidentally deleted a distribution list from
Outlook.  It is used for our home business.  Is there an easy way to recover
the list?
This is what I did:  I opened the distribution list within my contact list.  

Don't know if this happened after the latest Winxp updates or not but seems
to be about that time, any links in my email I can double click them and
nothing happens.  If I copy the link and paste it in my browser it works.

It is my understanding that Outlook Express files have the .dbx extension
however, when I try to open a file with the dbx extension  I am  asked to
select the program that created the file, which I understand to be O.E  I'm
confused, why can't I open a file with a dbx extension?

Is there a way to export all my signatures from my old computer to the new
computer?
I did all the messages & the address book but can't seem to find a way to do
the signatures.

Using Foxfire 1.5.3 browser and MS Outlook Express 6.0 for email. Each time
I open an email message I have to maximize the window. How can I set the
window to open maximized? Thanks

It is causing interference with sending email on OE on a  account that uses
IMAP folders email bounces

Can i import email messages saved as (Microsoft office excel comma separated

When I try to print any thing from ie6 or oe6 I get this error

Using OE 6. Whenever I print an e-mail the font is very large.   Is there
anyway I can reduce the font size when I print an e-mail?

Received messages in OE can be read when clicking on the envelope, however,
the envelope never opens to denote the mail was read.  Also, messages sent
are not copying to the Sent Message folder, and in Tools/Options/Send, the

'forward' emails with attachments, multiple copies, as many as 15!, get sent.
