I'm trying to help a friend whose OE 6 no longer displays the new mail icon
in the System Tray when new e-mail arrives. However the new mail sound does
play. Is there something in Options that could have been unchecked
inadvertently that he could check on?

My client wants to get into emailing customer contacts. Now up to this time,

I'm using XP 2 and Outlook Express, my system set up with 2 users. When I
print E-mail's from one of the user account the print is very large. When I
print from the other user the print is normal. I can't find a way to fix
this problem. Please help.

Is there a way/trick to print a bulk of emails in one shot? I can select
using the SHIFT key or the CTRL key a group of email, but as soon as I do
that the printing option disappear (grayed out) from the file menu.
Any idea.

Is there any way to save attachments from OE directly to
removable media such as CD-RW or a memory stick?
