Hoping someone can help. I am receiving about 10 copies of each email and cannot delete any messages. I have ran adware programs Norton, defrag, compact, etc. Any suggestions appreciated. Please note I am a very non-tech type person!

Is there a way to put the mouse cursor over any given e-maill message in OE 6 and get it to highlight the file? Then a single click to open it? Thanks, Marc

I'm newbie using newsgroups. I want to ask question about synchronization. Just in front of me outlook express received new newsgroup message, but I did not used sync command at that time. Can someone explain me how these things work ?

All of a sudden most of my local folders, where I have saved tons of email, are empty. Funny though, the .dbx files themselves are still large, indicating that I just can't get to them.

I marked all messages of particular newsgroup as 'read', but all newsgroup settings are still in bold. I mean not the messages, but all newsgroup names in left tree object, also

The option decode ROT 13 is blanked out in my Outlook Express for email ??? Why? And how can I repair it? The option is available for news, so I can decode ROT 13 by posting it to a newsgroup and reading it back from there.

When I open Outlook Express my folders open expanded if I have sub folders under a main folder. Is there a way I can set it up so that when I open Outlook Express it opens with all the sub folders not expanded?

Is it possible to have "synchronize newsgroup" button on my toolbar, like Tools->synchronize newsgroup command ? I want to synchronize particular newsgroup, not all of them. Closest option I found was 'sync all' button, witch synchronizes everything.

Has anyone else seen this? When I compose an email in OE, it is in paragraph form. When the recipient replies, my email, at the bottom of the page, does not look like it did when I sent it--not in paragraph form. As long as it goes out looking good, that's all that matters but ...
