Internal Network Email16 Jun 2006 23:14 GMT4
Is there a way in which I can setup email for 8 users on a workgroup that
are not connected to the internet? I would like email between these clients
without external (Internet) email. Please let me know if this is possible
and how to set it up. Thank you.
updates change program16 Jun 2006 19:08 GMT14
Is there anyway to prevent Outlook from becoming the "default mail" program
following an automatic update?  It seems like every time that there is an
update to ie6, windows, or some other ms program my default mail program
reverts to Outlook.  I would really like to stop that ...
Outlook 2002 Rules16 Jun 2006 17:07 GMT3
I have created a rule to move a specific email to a specific folder.  This
happens, but a copy (or is it the original?) stays in the inbox. I do not
need the inbox copy. How do I stop this.
Thanks
spam filters16 Jun 2006 15:34 GMT7
I'm finding that the spam filtering capability of OE is inadequate. Blocked
senders and message rules don't always work. Is there a good third party
filter program addon that works well with OE?
Thanks

the other end.  When I send a message from webmail, it arrives fine, so

it seems not possible with the version 6.0 of outlook express to block news
messages by their "x-authenticated-user" property. "block sender" command
blocks the message by the sender's mail address. it is not also possible to
achieve this by creating message rules for news. so, i ...

OE6 on IMAP15 Jun 2006 16:56 GMT3
Recently changed from POP3 to IMAP which suits my routine much better. Tried
The Bat! and Eudora both on it, and then tried good old OE6. To my surprise
OE seems to "do IMAP" more smoothly, and more intuitively than any other
client I have tried. I know email clients are very ...
