I've noticed a couple of times lately that when  I download e-mail and have
the send/receive window open that the number of e-mails that are being
downloaded is a larger number than actually shows up in the inbox. Has
anyone seen this issue before?

This could be me but I've spent a great deal of time searching over the
passed few months and do not seem to find the information I need.
I want to be able to copy my OE messages (WITH ATTACHMENTS) onto a memory
stick so that I can use on another PC wherever I might be.

Every time I close OE it asks if I want to compact my messages.  How do I
turn this option off so I never see this message again?

One of the sets in my office is giving an error when trying to run outlooks
express on WinXP. The user is under the poweruser group and he runs outlook
express it gives the error (MSOE.DLL could not be initilized) and if we
change it to administrator it works fine. What can we do ...

Lately when we open OE (or Address Book), instead of the default Identity
opening, we get a box requiring us to choose an identity.
We have three identities and one of them is definitely set up to be the
default. It has always worked until very recently.

Can someone tell me where to enable Web Links in mail messages received in
