Since I ran an anti-spam program and ad-aware, Outlook Express can not
start. As soon as I click the icon, I receive a termination message
"msimn.exe had a problem and will close" .
Even when I reboot the computer, the problem remains.

Many imbedded email pictures are not there when I receive my mail. They are
just a square with a red x. What can I do so I get these pictures?

A long time ago I had used a Mail Rule that any mail that the TO: field must
EXACTLY have my email address ONLY or it would be automatically deleted.
For example, say my mail address was tony<at>here.net.  Properties tab has
several users listed in the To: field (example:  To: ...

i can send some pics and graphics but some i can not they load as red x's,
same when i recieve mail some come thur and some don't, i have read all post
and done everything that was told to do checked and or unchecked.
i even checked regedit it was all ok except for the bmp but ...

I tried to add a POP3 account.  The new account wouldn't work so I removed
it.  Now I can't send or receive mail through Outlook Express.  The POP3
server can't be reached, it times out, etc.  Is there a way to get all my
settings back to default so I can start over?

I think I may be entering in the wrong server names, as I get a message that
says "the host cannot be found..." or it times out when I try to
send/receive  mail.  How can I figure out the correct names of the POP3 and
SMTP server?

Is there a way to lock the layout so that the views always show the folders
list?  I have not been able to find any information on this.   Thanks in
