I went to options/Maintenance/Store folder
Went to store folder and deleted Delete items.dbx
OE did not build a new delete folder..

everytime i try to import an address .wab or CSV file the contacts list
starts to display the contacts in the left hand pane but after a while,
whilst still importing the contacts pane reverts back to saying 'no contacts
